Having a blast this summer

I've had one of the busiest summers of my life so it's been awhile since I've posted anything.  I'm on my 3rd month at The Emporium in Castle Rock and I love it.  Hoping to expand and grow there.  Lots of great people and lots of great merchandise!  Stop by and visit.  Ask for The Pink Suitcase.





My first wedding (for a client, that is, who is my niece!)

My darling niece, Taylor, needed some help with her wedding decor so I jumped in and helped.  It was tedious, but it was fun!   Her colors were coral, navy, gold, white and cream.  We did chalkboard paint on chalkboard with painted frames for her signs. Oh man, was I nervous doing these.  We left in the morning for the wedding in Utah so if I messed up then it was dooms day for me.

 If you look closely you will see that the bride and groom are Taylor & Taylor.  That's right, she married a guy named Taylor.  
Taylor provided the material for this cute card collector.  It was one of my old vintage grooming cases I had on hand.  Throw some burlap in there and you're good to go!  Perfect for the occasion.  
 Spray painted hearts on the grass for the reception !   Adorable
 Fabric/rag garland is always a great addition to your party decor.  I think Taylor did a great job picking out the material.  

 An old painted frame, some clothespins and twine and you have a beautiful display of old family wedding photos.  What a nice recognition.
